Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a PostgreSQL database platform with industry-standard encryption. Documents you upload are stored in secure cloud storage with access restricted to your account only.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. We do not share your property or tenant data with any third parties.
All subscription payments are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. We do not collect or store your payment card information.
With your permission, we send push notifications to remind you of upcoming recertification deadlines. You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at support@vouchertrack.app or using the Delete Account option in the app settings.
VoucherTrack is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
