This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("User") and Mark Livingston ("Developer") for the use of VoucherTrack ("Application"). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application on Apple iOS devices that you own or control, subject to the terms of this Agreement and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

VoucherTrack offers auto-renewable subscription plans:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings under Apple ID → Subscriptions.
The free tier of VoucherTrack is limited to 1 property and 1 tenant. Upgrading to a paid subscription unlocks unlimited properties and tenants along with additional features.
You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Delete Account in the app. Account deletion is permanent and will remove all your data. You may also contact support@vouchertrack.app to request account deletion.
Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://vouchertrack.app/privacy.html.
The Application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. VoucherTrack is a productivity tool and does not provide legal, financial, or housing authority compliance advice. Users are responsible for verifying compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Application.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
