How do I track HAP payments?
From the Payment Dashboard, tap on any tenant card to open the Payment Detail screen. There you can log the HAP amount received from your PHA and the tenant portion separately, set the payment status, and add notes.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → VoucherTrack. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
How do recertification alerts work?
When you add a tenant with a recertification due date, VoucherTrack automatically sends you push notifications at 60, 30, and 7 days before the deadline. Make sure push notifications are enabled in your iPhone Settings → VoucherTrack.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account and all associated data, go to Settings → Delete Account inside the app, or email us at support@vouchertrack.app with your request. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What is the NSPIRE inspection checklist?
NSPIRE (National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate) is HUD's updated inspection standard effective 2025. VoucherTrack includes the full NSPIRE checklist so you can walk through all inspection items on your phone before the inspector arrives.
How do I restore my subscription?
Open VoucherTrack, tap the Upgrade button, then tap "Restore purchases" at the bottom of the paywall screen. Your subscription will be restored automatically.
